Stability Now Housing Program

Stability Now is a housing first program that first began in January 2018, housing four chronically homeless men.

Residents are able to stay for up to 18 months and work with a case manager to achieve set goals and find permanent housing.

Past tenants have has lengthy histories of homelessness but have been stabilized through IFTC’s Seasonal Shelter, Drop-In Program, and Getting Ahead Program.

Tenants meet with a Case Manager regularly for room checks, house meetings, and one-on-one meetings.
